Ms. Lucy is one of the directors of the foundation with extensive experience in social protection and a very dynamic individual who has participated in and contributed to various actions that have created transformative change at grassroot levels while working with women, men, children, and youth groups in Gulu, Kitgum, Pader, Lira, Yumbe, Adjumani and Arua districts in Northern Uganda.
She is a protection expert with 13 years of experience in humanitarian work, while coordinating, managing, and implementing programs in displacement, emergency, recovery, and development settings
Education
She is a seasoned manager with Master’s degree in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial management and Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences
Work
Ms. Lucy has worked with different individuals, companies, organizations and UN agencies in creating community development and social innovation programming, mainly supporting policies, strategies and program designs. She also directly implemented program activities on economic empowerment, child protection, Education including Accelerated Learning Program (ALP), GBV, Access to Justice, Youth and male engagement and Community Based Protection
